1. I got a stamp set and realized that I already own it.. what’s your return policy?
We want ALL of our customers to be super happy with their sweet stamps – so if for any reason your not satisfied – or if the stamp doesn’t work right – or if you just have two of the same set on accident – email us and we’ll take care of you! Typically we ask that you send the unused stamp set back to us – and we’ll credit your sweet account with store credit (equal to the amount you paid) OR, if it’s a stamp quality issue (which rarely happens!) we’ll go ahead and send you a new stamp set – no problem! We’re here to make you happy – so email us!
2. I want to sell some of my creations with your images stamp on them – what’s your angel policy?
Simply – as long as you don’t digitally copy our stamps (stamp it on a piece of paper – take it to a copy machine – and hit copy) we’re totally fine with you making some extra dough using our images! If you’re not sure if what you’re doing is ‘ok’ – simply email us.
3. I want to be apart of your design team, how do I make that happen?
Once every three months we have an open call for designers for our design team. Be on the look out – we’ll make lots of announcements! Feel free to email us if you’re wondering what month we’re holding our next call.
4. I was wondering if you would donate to our cause?
We love to support our sweet friends – customers – and fans …. we typically schedule our donations 6 months in advance and we’ll do our best to fit you and your cause in. Every email that we get (and we get LOTS) we wish we could say yes to everyone but, know – if we say that we can’t… please try again in the future. We never know when we’ll have extra product or a free spot in our donation calendar!
5. I got my creation featuring Sweet Stamp Shop product published in an online publication or a print magazine – do you have an incentive program?
Yes, we’re happy to send you a little sweet package as a special thank you from us to you! Here’s what you’ll need to do – 1. Email us a picture of the creation in the printed magazine or on the online publication and make sure that Sweet Stamp Shop is mentioned in the description! (that’s the key!) 2. Also include your shipping address! (international peps – you’re responsible for extra shipping costs) 3. Only one incentive package per month per publication per designer.
