Coloring Sweet with Tombow Markers

Good morning, Sweets! We hope you had a great weekend and are enjoying the fall season. Not to fast forward the lovely leaves and all  the colors of the crisp mornings and warm afternoons, but it’s really never too soon to start crafting for that special holiday coming up in December. We have a simple card with video tutorial by Christine Riley — she’ll show you just how easy it is to color Sweet images with Tombow markers!

To create this card, Christine first stamped the adorable Santa and chimney images from the adorable Holiday Peekaboo Stamp Set.  She colored the image with the Tombow Markers and then cut it out with a stitched square die. Then she water colored her own striped background and then adhered everything to a 4 Bar notecard.

For added texture, Christine says:

I also stamped the sentiment with Versamark ink onto some black cardstock and heat embossed it with some white embossing powder.  Finally, I added some black Nuvo Drops for a finishing touch.  What do you think?
