Hello it’s Tyra and I’m here to share a quick holiday craft idea using stamps from the latest Release! What’s great about this holiday idea is holiday paper, holiday images OR holiday sentiments are NOT needed! Let’s get to the project!
1. Choose patterned paper featuring traditional holiday colors. I used the “B” side of an older Birthday themed paper pad. I found red and green “B” sides to feature as holiday colors. What do I mean by “B sides?” Well, it’s subjective, but I find that it’s typically the side of patterned paper featuring a calmer, less lively pattern.
2. Die cut tags to fit the holiday theme. I used a digital holiday tag die set to quickly cut out five designs. I also die cut out a holiday ornament.
3. Stamp design and sentiment and adhere to opposite side of tag. This is a great option if you want your sentiment to specifically match a gift given during the holiday season.
I love how unexpected the non-holiday stamp and sentiment is “revealed” on the other side. Notice the pop of pattern on the other side?
The quirky and cute December release is perfect for this last minute holiday tag idea!
