Turn Your Stamping to Painting!

sketchesHello everyone, it’s Chrissy checking in with your next dose of Sketches 2 Ways!  Today I’m going to play with a fun watercolor technique and I hope you will enjoy it and the sketch for this week’s CAS(E) this Sketch challenge.  Are you ready for your peek?  Here goes nothing!

CTS_Sketch77 What do you think?  Pretty awesome isn’t it?  Let’s throw in some fun Sweet Stamp Shop sets to make it even better!  For my first card, I used two awesome sets, Panda Face and Feeling Today.

pandaweb__23254.1391283976.386.513feeling todaySSS_MAYS2W2aI just love all the expressions you can put on this sweet little panda and combining it with some of the awesome stamps from Feeling Today, made a perfectly adorable card to just check in with someone you care about.  Super fun!

My second card uses the new Balloons and Happy Birthday sets.  These sets are only available through pre-order at the moment but believe me, they are worth the wait!

Thanks so much for joining me today and for taking a peek at the sketch and my cards.  I hope you liked them both and I would love to hear about some other water color techniques you have tried and liked.  I’m always up for something new.  So leave me a comment telling me what you like to do with watercolors or better yet, share a card you made with Sweet Stamps and your fav watercolor technique with me on our Flikr group.  We’d love to see it.  Hope you have a great day and thanks again!
