Hi fellow sweet stampers! Colie here today, for the first time (but not the last!). I hope all of my sweet friends reading this are having a great day!
I have a confession to make: I have never considered myself a “stamper”. “Well, what are you doing here” you might ask? I never considered myself a stamper, but the more time I spend around the Sweet Stamp Shop the more I realize that ANYONE can be a stamper, even those who focus heavily on pocket style pages like me! I am sure you already knew this, but I notice so many pocket scrappers who shy away from using stamps. So, here is an easy way to use stamps without worrying about making a mistake on your finished project.
This is a technique I have learned from my card maker friends and I am translating it over to pocket pages. I stamp an image on scrap cardstock and cut it out. It’s that simple! Then I can add it to my page anywhere I like without worrying about messing up the stamping process.
I hope this helps any hesitant pocket scrappers add stamping into their work. Now that I have become a stamper, I really cannot get enough of stamps! Leave me a comment below and let me know if you consider yourself a stamper, or even better, leave me a link to your pocket pages using stamps! I would love to see your work!
Before I go, be sure you are all signed up for the Sweet Stamp Shop new release event on Facebook. Be the first to see the new stamps and get a little discount in the process! See you soon!
